Her strong network of connections and business associations in the local area is an advantage for her clients. Chrissy has lived in San Diego since the 1970's. She is past President of the San Diego chapter of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ “Charitable Foundation” which has provided over $5 million in grants that promote health, education, community and environment.

Steven’s been a broker since 1986 and has worked in residential and commercial property acquisitions, development, finance and asset management. He is a founding member of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, a publicly traded real estate investment trust specializing in life science and technology campuses. He brings a well rounded and detailed approach to each transaction. Steven has lived in Poway since 1973 and is actively involved in the community as a Board Member of the Poway Community Foundation and Poway High Alumni Association. He is past Chair of the Poway High Foundation and President of the Green Valley Civic Association. Steven has a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
